By accessing or using the Bliss Horizon website (bliss-horizon.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Services Description

Bliss Horizon provides pet care services including but not limited to grooming, boarding, veterinary wellness, training, daycare, and pet transport. Service availability, pricing, and specific terms may vary and are subject to change without notice.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking request does not guarantee service provision until confirmed by our team.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Bliss Horizon via email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund
• For boarding services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit and may affect future booking privileges.

Pet Owner Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioural issues, and vaccination status
• Ensure your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations
• Inform us of any changes to your pet's health or behaviour
• Provide emergency contact information
• Collect your pet at the agreed upon time
• Pay all fees in accordance with our pricing schedule

Health and Safety Requirements

All pets must meet the following requirements to receive services:

• Current vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian
• Free from contagious diseases or parasites
• Dogs must have current rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations
• Cats must have current rabies and FVRCP vaccinations

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears ill, shows signs of parasites, or exhibits aggressive behaviour.

Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care, Bliss Horizon shall not be held liable for:

• Illness, injury, or death resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the owner
• Injury resulting from fights with other animals despite reasonable supervision
• Damage to or loss of personal items left with your pet
• Stress-related conditions that may occur during boarding

Emergency Care

You authorise Bliss Horizon to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet if we deem it necessary and cannot reach you. You agree to reimburse all costs associated with such emergency care.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss Horizon, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your pet's behaviour or any breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bliss Horizon or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Photography and Media

By using our services, you grant Bliss Horizon permission to photograph or video record your pet for internal use, social media, and marketing purposes. If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the proper working of the website
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Collect or store personal data about other users

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Severability
